GlowUp provides an all-in-one AI-powered salon management system, including bookings, calls, and DMs, designed to enhance your business. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, ensuring we deliver the best experience.
User Responsibilities
You must use GlowUp lawfully, provide accurate details, and protect your login credentials. You’re liable for any misuse, and we’re not responsible for losses from shared access.
Payment and Subscription
Services may require a subscription. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. We’ll notify you of price changes with 30 days’ notice.
Limitation of Liability
GlowUp is provided “as is.” We’re not liable for indirect damages, service interruptions, or data loss beyond reasonable control. Our total liability won’t exceed fees paid in the last 12 months.
Termination & Governing Law
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You can cancel your subscription with 30 days’ notice via our app. These Terms are governed by UK law. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts, ensuring clarity for our UK-based users.
